Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, unless required by law or expressly approved by Peptide Freedom USA.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to read product details
  • Shipping delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
  • Any use outside lawful laboratory research purposes

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the shipping label

Peptide Freedom USA reserves the right to review all claims and determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Approved Resolutions

If Peptide Freedom USA determines that a resolution is appropriate, the resolution may include one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund
  • Another resolution determined at our sole discretion

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped.
