All products sold by Peptide Freedom USA are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research, educational, and investigational purposes only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, food use, cosmetic use, or household use.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product availability changes, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, order volume, and other factors outside of our control.

- Expedited Shipping: 1β3 business days, if available

Free Shipping
Peptide Freedom USA currently offers free shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, or international addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the label has been created.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Peptide Freedom USA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Peptide Freedom USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, supply delays, or other events outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
Peptide Freedom USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, front desk staff, or the carrier before contacting us.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Refunds are not guaranteed for returned packages and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Peptide Freedom USA.
